In accordance with 38 U.S.C § 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this procurement is set aside for SDVOSBs.

The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel, and shall do all things
necessary, that will result in the completion of the Renovate Building 3 for EHRM Administration construction project,
in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings and all pertinent solicitation documents.
