General. This Sources Sought is issued for informational and market research purposes only. It is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or a solicitation under FAR Subpart 5.2.

The purpose of this Sources Sought is to obtain information regarding industry interest, capabilities, and qualifications so the Government can make informed acquisition decisions. We encourage responses from both large and small businesses, including Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a) firms, HUBZone firms, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE), Bonneville Lock and Dam requires the purchase of (2 each) LTI Power Systems brand, 250A Rectifiers/Battery Chargers and (1 each) 15kVA UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)/Inverter to replace failing equipment currently in use at Bonneville Lock and Dam.
