Surface Warfare Live Fire Exercise

The Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) FLC Rota, Spain; hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with SEAOWL France from Levallois Perret, France, and CAGE code FBCD7.
The requirement is for transportation, deployment, towing, and recovery of surface target for engagement by a USN Guided Missile Destroyer (DDG) off the coast of Toulon, France in May 2026.
A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 483111 - Deep Sea Freight Transportation and the size standard is 1,050 employees.
