The Embassy of the United States of America Madrid, Spain will be purchasing one passenger van as per attached RFQ. This van will be part of the Embassy's fleet and will be registered with diplomatic plates, and is therefore tax-exempt. Offerors must meet or exceed the following specifications and requirements:
