General Information.

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide earthwork services at Mihail Kogălniceanu Airbase (MKAB), Romania. Earthwork services are required to restore approximately 9.8 kilometers of land to its original condition. This land was previously used as an anti-tank ditch with incorporated individual fighting positions.

The Government anticipates awarding a single contract using a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) pricing arrangement as one job
