Description

The United States Navy is seeking to understand how industry leaders utilize advanced pricing, hedging, and integration models—including hybrid power purchase agreements (PPAs), battery storage, "multi-click" dynamic pricing, and updated collective self-consumption structures—to optimize costs and manage risk for large-scale, high-voltage consumers. Constructive feedback, suggestions, and solutions are requested. Please see attached Request for Information document. Your feedback is requested by 28 October 2026 by 11:00 CET
