The Bureau of Land Management requests quotation for 24 pre-fabricated Steel Pavilions pursuant to the specifications. The resultant order will be for a firm-fixed-price contract type. This RFQ is issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

5. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price
6. Government Past Performance Systems including SAM.gov and CPARS.gov will be evaluated to support the determination of responsibility required per FAR 9.104-1.

1. Provide in your quotation in two parts: PART I (Non-price factors) PART II (Pricing Proposal)
2. Send quotation to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov no later than the suspense date. Late quotes will not be considered.
3. Questions are to be submitted to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov no later than 11 August 2026 at 0800 MT. Any questions will be responded to via RFQ amendment to the vendor pool.
4. Quotes shall be valid for not less than 120 days.
