Amendment 002 (17 September 2026): The purpose of this modification is to:

(q) Update the magnitude of task orders from "between $1M-$25M" to "between $1M-$30M" in Section C.
(r) Add "This acquisition is set aside for HUBZone or SDVOSB (a total small business set aside to these socioeconomic categories only). Offerors do not have to hold certification for both socioeconomic categories. Award may be made to some or all of either socioeconomic category" to Section C. 
(s) Update the typical JB Charleston Liquidated Damages rate to "$567/Calendar Day" in Section H. 
(t) Update CFR references in Section L-1.4 Teaming Arrangements/Joint Ventures to 13 CFR 125.8, 13 CFR 126.616, 13 CFR 128.402. 
(u) Update Point of Contact information to Daniel Teeter in Section L. 
(v) Updated Section L-2.3, Part II.c recency standard to "have at least one day of performance within the last five (5) years." 
(w) Update Clause 52.216-18 to state "Such orders may be issued from June 27 2026 through December 26, 2032". 
(x) Update Clause 52.228-1(c) to state "The amount of the bid guarantee shall be 20 percent of the bid price or $3,000,000.00, whichever is less." 

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
