The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm fixed price commercial items supply contract for seedling production for the Oregon/Washington Bureau of Land Management. The performance period is from 09/15/2026 through 05/15/2029. The NAICS code is 113210 and the small business size standard $20.5M. The basis of award will utilize the best value continuum – tradeoff process in accordance with FAR subpart 12.203 to result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Multiple awards may be made. The technical/non-price evaluation factors are technical approach, past performance, and price, where technical/non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are significantly more important than price. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-2. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 17 July 2026.
