This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240BH26Q0011 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for generator, battery system, and photovoltaic collector array replacement.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210.  The small business size standard is $19 million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

PLEASE REVIEW THE SOLICITATION FILE AND ALL ATTACHMENTS 1 - 7.  If you choose to provide a response to this solicitation, submit the following documents via email to darcy.rapoza@usda.gov, no hard-copy originals are required:

1. Signed Standard Form 1442 with blocks 14-20c completed by the quoter.
2. Attachment 1 – Schedule of Items
3. Attachment 5 – Response to Evaluation Criteria (including Attachment 7 – Past Performance Form)
4. Acknowledgement of solicitation amendments (if any) via signed SF-30(s) with your quote.
