The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to JB Roche for a complete, turn-key Rapid Severe Weather Protection Shelter (R-SWPS) to support the OA-1K Skyraider II aircraft. This procurement includes the delivery, on-site setup, and user instruction of a single tactical shelter package, which incorporates a battery backup system, a shipping container, and associated operational accessories. All deliverables and services must be fully completed within 12 weeks of the contract award.
