The outcomes to be achieved are for the contractor to provide all management, supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, material, supplies, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to provide Maintenance for Electrical Receiving and Distribution Systems and Facilities, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System at the U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan as outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
