PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ # 36C24C26Q0023 ILEAD Audio Visual Console - Upgrade August 10,2026 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office Central seeks vendors for the purpose of a near-future solicitation for a Wheatstone (Brand Name or Equal) Audio Visual Console Upgrade for the VHA Institute of Learning, Education, and Development (ILEAD) Office. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns conducted in accordance with RFO Part 12. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Tuesday August 11, 2026 and quotes will be due on Tuesday August 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above.
