Zoom Info Talent Subscription 2026

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS PRESOLICITATION.

The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole source solicitation/contract to ZoomInfo Technologies LLC (Cage Code 96H12) for subscription for ZoomInfo (TalentOS).

Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) supply contract
Supply: The Government requires a system to recruit directly to verified and qualified candidates, capable of filtering through professionals by specialty, licensing board data, hospital affiliations, geographic location, graduation/residency year, and will establish an enterprise-wide “digital footprint” for the three Officer Accessions squadrons. The following item is the only item identified by the Air Force that can meet the required needs of the Government:

- ZoomInfo Technologies Digital Networking Subscription Service

• 1 Base Year + 2 Option Years

Estimated Delivery: 14 days after receipt of order
Anticipated Award: 30 October 2026

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. This notice is not an RFQ.
