Hotel Lodging for 2026 USTRANSCOM UILS symposium

The 375th Contracting Squadron at Scott Air Force Base, IL, is soliciting quotes for hotel accommodations and meeting space to support the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) International Logistics Symposium (UILS) scheduled for 21-26 June 2026. 

I. Event Details

1. Event: USTRANSCOM International Logistics Symposium (UILS)
2. Check-in: Sunday, 21 June 2026
3. Check-out: Friday, 26 June 2026

II. Requirements

We are seeking a hotel that can meet the following specifications:

1. Lodging:
   1. Initial Block: 40 single-occupancy guest rooms for 5 nights.
   2. Optional Additional Rooms: Ability to add up to 25 additional rooms to the block (final count to be confirmed by 5 June 2026).
   3. Amenities: The room rate must include daily breakfast for all guests. All guests require access to free in-room Wi-Fi, a business center with computer and printer access, and a suitable lounge area for networking.
2. Meeting Space:
   1. A private meeting room to accommodate 75 attendees with chair-only seating.
   2. Date/Time: Monday, 22 June 2026, from 0900 to 1000 (1 hour).
3. Location & Transportation:
   1. The property must be located within a 15-minute drive of the Duane Cassidy Conference Center on Scott Air Force Base, IL.
   2. It should be within a ¼-mile walking distance of various food and shopping venues, or alternatively, provide a complimentary shuttle service for all guests.
   3. The property must have sufficient space to accommodate a 44-passenger bus for daily pick-up and drop-off.
4. Billing:
   1. All rooms will be paid for via a single government contract. Guests will not be required to provide personal credit cards at check-in. The contract will cover nightly room charges and applicable taxes only.

III. Quote Submission
Please provide your quote by filling out the attached RFQ document (specifically the pricing for CLINs 0001, 0002, and 0003 on page 2) and providing the requested contractor information on pages 5 and 6.

1. Quote Due Date: No Later Than 3:00 PM CST on Friday, 1st of May 2026.

The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
