NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

Notice Details:
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with [Insert Vendor Name] under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This requirement is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).
