Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216-7167. GE Healthcare provided a sole source letter stating that they are the sole provider of remote and on-site service and offerings for support agreements. Additionally, GE Healthcare does not subcontract or offshore any products or services. This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No contract will be awarded based on offers received in response to this notice. If no affirmative written response is received within 7 days from the publication of this notice, the future options in 36C25723P434 will be exercised without any further notice.
