Advanced Concept Ejection Seat (ACES) II Harness Release Cartridge and Drogue Gun Cartridge

Please see attachment titled FA821325R3026 A3 for a detailed breakdown of the solicitation.  

This solicitation is amended as of 4/10/2026.  The amendment accomplishes the following:

1. Extend the solicitation closing date. This extension provides the program office additional time to solidify forthcoming changes to the requirement and ensures the solicitation remains active while these adjustments are finalized. A subsequent amendment will be issued to incorporate the specific changes.
2. Solicitation closing date has been extended from 09 April 2026 to 08 May 2026 at 5:00 PM MST.
3. All other terms, conditions, and clauses of the original solicitation remain in full force and effect.
