Scope

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed for the Kisatchie National Forest, Calcasieu Ranger District.

The contract for the Calcasieu Ranger District contains two service buildings:

1)  Calcasieu Ranger District Office, 9912 Highway 28 West, Boyce, LA 71409 and

2) Evangeline Work Center, 160 Valentine Lake Rd., Elmer, LA 71301.

Services shall be performed in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.

Description of Services The services to be accomplished under this specification consist of performing all janitorial services as further described in this SOW and its attachments.
