Sole Source Justification:  The Government only knows of one source, Communications & Power Industries LLC, Beverly, MA the original equipment manufacturer.  There is only one authorized source for repairs for these devices, the original equipment manufacturer, Communications & Power Industries LLC, Beverly, MA.  The TR Limiter was manufactured by Communications & Power Industries LLC, Beverly, MA as a commercially available item and the U.S. Government does not possess the data rights to this item.
