PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to L1 Enterprises Incorporated. The procurement will result in a purchase order for an Automated Linen Dispenser lease for supplies and services currently in use at VA San Francisco Healthcare System.
