Solicitation Amendment 0001- Bulk Dinitrogen Tetroxide (N2O4) AESP Requirement

NOTICE TO OFFERORS:

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:

1. Confirm Closing Date: Confirm that the closing date for receipt of proposals remains unchanged: 26 August 2026, 4:00 PM Central Time. Proposals must be received by this date and time to be considered.

2. Provide Revised Attachment F: Provide Industry with the revised Attachment F – DLA Energy P-11, dated 29 JUNE 2026.

This revised attachment is issued with this amendment and supersedes any previously issued versions of Attachment F.

Offerors are required to utilize this revised attachment in the preparation of their proposals.
