Custom Insulated Jackets for USMC Detachment Food Services

The action resulting from this opportunity will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order:

All quotes must be submitted electronically to Sgt Jacob Espinosa at jacob.m.espinosa.mil@usmc.mil

Quoters must meet the below expectations: 

-Review attachment "USMC logo" as that will be the image used on the left breast of each jacket when creating the (450) Custom Black Male Insulated Jackets.

-Quoters must review pages 19-20 (instructions to offerors) and pages 21-22 (evaluation factors and process) before giving their best price to CLIN 0001 found on page 3.

-Provide a signed copy of Solicitation M0026426Q0146

-Review and respond to answerable clauses and provisions found within the solicitation.

-The custom jackets must be delivered On/Before September 30, 2026.

-All questions to the solicitation must be electronically submitted via email no later than 17 Aug 2026 1000 EST. Answers will be redistributed via Solicitation Amendment.
