To provide RRC Services located within the city of Williamsport, the boroughs of South Williamsport, Duboistown, Jersey Shore, Montoursville, Muncy, Hughesville, and Montgomery, or the townships of Muncy, Woodward, Piatt, Loyalsock, and Old Lycoming,
including Garden View and Grimesville, Pennsylvania with Home Confinement Placement services within 150 miles of the RRC facility.
