The U.S. Army TMDE Activity (USATA) has a requirement to purchase a brand name
purchase of one (1) Optical Spectrum Analyzer High Performance model or equivalent
that will be a suitable replacement for an aging equipment. This item shall be delivered
to the Army Primary Standards Laboratory (APSL), Building 5435 Fowler Road,
Redstone Arsenal, AL. The Optical Spectrum Analyzer shall include the following
