**14 August 2026** - Amendment 1 - RFQ has been modified to extend the RFQ close date to 27 August 2026 @ 12:00PM AKST. We are working on answering questions received in response to the RFQ. We will post next week with answers to questions and schedule a virtual industry day where SSgt Ortega provides a short briefing on LOD Cart capability followed by a discussion on requirements for V2. 

**18 August 2026** - Amendment 2 - The following has been amended:

- Solicitation close date remains 27 August 2026 @ 12:00PM AKST. RFQ responses received after the close date will be considered late. 

- Option CLIN 0004 is removed in the combined synopsis solicitation document. Please ensure the amended combo document and pricing schedule is used in your RFQ submission (only price CLINS 0001 - 0003). 

- Answers to questions asked in response to the solicitation (attached).

- A virtual industry day is scheduled for 12:00PM AKST on Thursday, 20 August 2026 via Zoom. Meeting Details:

**20 August 2026** - The PPT presentation on LOD Cart was a corrupted file. Corrupted file has been removed and PDF of the presentation attached. 

**24 August 2026** - Amendment 3 - The following has been amended:

- Updated SOO. Green highlights are changes from the original SOO posted. 

- PoP for delivery of CAD design file has been changed from 2 months to 3 months. Delivery of two LOD Carts has been changed from 2 months to 3 months. See combo document, para (vi).  

- RFQ close date changed to 2 September 2026 at 12:00PM Alaska Standard Time. 

- A LOD Cart V1 walkthrough will be conducted at JBER on Wednesday, 26 September @ 10:00AM Alaska Standard Time. Please contact SSgt Juan Ortega at 209-672-0733 as soon as possible for location information and base access if you plan to attend in-person. This walkthrough will also be available virtually at:
