Boiler Combustion Monitoring System (BCMS) Equipment

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure Combustion Monitoring System (BCMS) equipment on a sole source to JM Canty, INC. 

The proposed contrtact action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302
