Stress Vest System

The New Hampshire Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Setcan Corporation for Stress Vest Systems. See Sole Source justificaiton below and attached. Quotes are not being requested at this time.This special notice in in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regular (FAR) Part 6.301-1—only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy agency requirements. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), “The item is peculiar to one manufacturer.”
