AMENDMENT 1 (2 September 2026)

1. A site visit will be held on 8 September 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT. Please see Attachment 5 - Sponsorship - Site Visit Info for more information.

2. All Questions are due on 9 September 2026 NLT 4:30 PM PDT.

3. All Quotations are due on 14 September 2026 NLT 12:00 PM PDT. 

4. All offers must be submitted to SSgt Kim and Mrs. Rachel Gil. 

Travis Air Force Base 60th Force Support Squadron requires removal and installation of dormitory mailboxes at
Buildings 1355,1353, 1352, 1334, 1309, 1308, 1305 & 1304. Specific details are in Attachment 1 Statement of Work
(SOW).

Vendors who wish to submit a quotation must send responses no later than 14 September 2026 by 12:00 PM PDT to both POCs:
