Announcement of FAA's intent to single source award to Prometheus Intelligence, Inc.

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4 - Single-Source Selection, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's decision to contract on a single source basis to Prometheus Intelligence, Inc. for the procurement of licensing and support of Prometheus Torch software.

Prometheus Intelligence is the only known source capable of providing a commercially available platform that meets the FAA’s requirements. Prometheus Torch™ uniquely provides a proprietary offline-first architecture that performs speech-to-text, translation, and analytical processing entirely on local hardware without cloud-connected APIs, which is necessary to satisfy FAA data isolation and zero-trust requirements.
