Request for Information - Enterprise Laptop Acquisition

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Division of Information Technology, is conducting market research on enterprise laptop acquisition and lifecycle management. The FDIC anticipates maintaining a fleet of at least 6,300 laptops and seeks information on traditional purchasing, Device as a Service (DaaS), hybrid approaches, and other commercial models. The research includes laptops with artificial intelligence capabilities, docking stations, and wireless keyboards and mice.

The FDIC is interested in vendors’ capabilities, refresh schedules, deployment and support services, lifecycle management, transition considerations, and approaches to reducing the budget spikes associated with large device replacements. Respondents should address the questions and response instructions in the attached Request for Information – Laptops document. This notice is for information and planning purposes only; the FDIC is not requesting proposals or making an award through this RFI.
