Combined Presolicitation Notice & Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to small business DevelopUs Worldwide, LLC (UEI: CSZ7ZH721F98; CAGE: 9P6B8) for specialized executive and leadership development services. This sole-source acquisition is being conducted under RFO FAR 12.201-1 simplified procedures pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 1901, and is justified under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1).

Critical Instructions to Respondents:
This is not a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). However, responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the agency.
