J045--Replace B1 and B2 Condensate Pumps Date Change

The VA Connecticut Healthcare System requires replacement of condensate pumps and associated piping in Building 1, Mechanical Room SG182, and Building 2, Mechanical Room G139, at the West Haven VA Medical Center.
