ARS Security Door Access Reader Upgrade

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12444326Q0081 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for ARS Security Door Access Reader Upgrades. Contractor will provide and install a total of (62) HID 40KHTKS-03-0004XR PIV Card Readers at the USDA Albany facility. Work includes function testing of each location before and after installation, documentation of functionality, and replacing existing readers in the same locations.

Only Lenel Value Added Resellers will be considered for award.

This acquisition  is not set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561621.  The small business size standard is $25 million.  This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
