Israel Job Order Contract (JOC) Scope of Work: The USACE Middle East District is assessing industry capability to perform construction-related services for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), simplified acquisition of base repair requirements, real property maintenance, and small-scale renovation efforts at various sites throughout Israel.
