The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Non Commercial Services on a Sole Source Basis from GEA North America, Inc. 

The proposed contract is for supplies or services fo which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106.
