FRL Integrated Development Conditioning Chamber Rebuild

The Bureau of ATF intends to negotiate a sole source award with Environment Growth Chambers (EGC) Dba Integrated Development MFG Co of Chagrin Fall, OH to replace the major mechanical components and controllers of the Fire Research Laboratory’s large conditioning chamber.  EGC is the sole provider of the controlled Environment room and is the only company that can retrofit the new controllers to the current design.   The vendor sole source letter dated 5/28/26 documents the rationale for this sole source requirement.

This sole source notice is issued IAW RFO 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
