Intent to sole source Rock Island Arsenal Clock Tower and Annex Boiler and HVAC Repair to Crawford Heating and Plumbing Company

USACE MVR Contracting Division intends to award a commercial firm fixed price-type contract with Crawford Heating and Cooling Company (Crawford). Award will be made in 4th quarter of fiscal year 2026.  Funding for the contract has been provided by Headquarters, US Army Corps of Engineers. The contract value is estimated not to exceed $150,000.00. The proposed contract will not include an option provision.

The service is for the repair of the piping of the Clock Tower Annex Boiler and HVAC.
