Teamworks Nutrition App Licensing (Sole Source)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/products prepared in accordance with the streamlined procedures in RFO Subpart 12.2 (Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a sole-source acquisition to Teamworks Tactical Solutions, Inc. under the authority of RFO 6.103-1 (10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1)). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for Teamworks Nutrition Licensing Subscription (base year + three option years + FAR 52.217-8).

Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide a secure, FedRAMP-authorized (IL4/IL5) SaaS performance nutrition platform with existing bi-directional API integration to USSOCOM’s Human Performance Data Management System (HPDMS/Smartabase). Capability statements must be received by the response date. The Government will determine whether competition is feasible.
