Purpose of Amendment

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Provide responses to vendor questions
2. Add Attachment 4 – Labor Cost Price Schedule to the solicitation package.
3. Extend the response due date for RFQ submissions from September 25, 2026, 5:00 PM EST to September 28, 2026, 9:00 AM EST.

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

2. New Attachment Added

Attachment 4 – Labor Cost Price Schedule is hereby added to the solicitation. Offerors shall complete and submit this attachment along with Attachments 2 and 3 as part of their quote submission, in accordance with the Price evaluation factor requiring applicable labor rates for comparison against the applicable wage determination for compliance with the Service Contract Labor Standards.

3. Revised Due Date

The due date and time for receipt of quotes is hereby changed as follows:

• Previous due date: September 25, 2026, 5:00 PM EST
• Revised due date: September 28, 2026, 9:00 AM EST

Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to kenya.mitchell1@va.gov and david.valenzuela2@va.gov. Offers received after the revised due date and time shall not be considered. Hand deliveries shall not be accepted.

All other terms and conditions of solicitation 36C24126Q0808 remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
