The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with RS Microwave. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 600 employees. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
