Source Sought/RFI - IHS Native American Art and Appraisal Services

This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) / Request for Information (RFI) is for market research and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation or commitment to issue a solicitation by the Indian Health Service (IHS).

We are seeking information from specific type of entities to assess their capabilities to conduct a comprehensive appraisal and evaluation of American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) cultural artifacts currently held by the Government. The vendor shall examine, document, and assess each artifact to ensure accurate and complete entry into the Personal Material Inventory System (PMIS). This effort supports improved accountability, preservation planning, and culturally appropriate stewardship.
