Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics (ANAM) Software

The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Ft Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source contract award to Vista LifeSciences, LLC for Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics (ANAM) Software with a base period of performance beginning 30 Jul 2026 for six (6) months, and one (1) six-month option period.
ANAM is a proprietary, computer-based, FDA-cleared cognitive assessment tool designed to detect and measure the speed and accuracy of attention, memory, and thinking ability. The software suite, which includes over 30 cognitive tests, mood questionnaires, and reporting metrics, serves as a clinical and military-grade neurocognitive testing suite vital for pre-deployment baseline testing and clinical health system management.
Additionally, Vista LifeSciences, LLC holds the exclusive commercial and research license for the commercialization and deployment of the ANAM software. This exclusive license includes the sole authority to distribute software access keys, manage device installations, and maintain cloud-networked databases.
All interested sources may submit an authorized letter from the manufacturer with detailed information and convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the authority to provide ANAM Software for the requirement as outlined above.
