DoW Research Study Program

This is not a Request for Quote/Proposal. Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of The Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge Program, intends to do the following:

Award a 12-month contract, to The National Academy of Public Administration, [CAGE Code: 2M454; 1600 K St, NW, Suite 400, Washington, DC 20006, GSA Contract No. 47QRAA24D002L]. The anticipated period of performance for the contract will be from July 30, 2026, to July 29, 2027. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of General Services Acquisition Manual / Regulation (GSAM/R) 538.7104-3(b)(ii).
