This market research notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 VHA Regional Procurement Office-West (RPOW) 5441 Babcock Road Medical Center. 302 San Antonio TX 78240 for the procurement for Portable Ultrasound System (Android application) Linear Array.  Background and Requirement: VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Healthcare System (VATVCBHCS) requirement to procure ten Portable ultrasounds with carts and tablets for the following services: Pain, Medicine, Primary Care at Harlingen, Tx. Portable Ultrasounds will facilitate injections using Platelet Rich Plasma, Dry needling and evaluation of patient care. US will be used for guidance purposes only. 2. Cart With Tablet Cart must be a lightweight cart and convenient to accommodate accessories and up to 2 transducers or gel bottles. With a supply caddy to hold wipes, disinfectants, or chargers. Must include a single tab extension cord. Must be ISO 9001:2015 certified. Cart must be able to mount tablet for stable viewing. Cart must be mobile on 4 wheels.
