Optimized Storage and Replenishment Solution

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Assistant Secretart for Financial Resources (ASFR), Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS), on behalf of the Indian Health Service (IHS), is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for an Optimized Storage and Replenishment Solution.

The requirement is for a brand-name-or-equal solution to the BlueBin 2-Bin Kanban System to support medical-supply storage and replenishment operations at Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico.

This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The Government intends to issue one firm-fixed-price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial products and commercial services.

The complete requirement, quotation instructions, evaluation criteria, pricing schedule, Performance Work Statement, and applicable wage determination are included in the attached RFQ and attachments.

Quotations are due no later than 8:00 AM Eastern Time on September 23, 2026, and shall be submitted electronically in accordance with the RFQ instructions.
