1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2. This solicitation is being issued as a(n) Request for Quote (RFQ).

4. IAW FAR 19.501 a "set-aside for small business" is the limiting of an acquisition exclusively for participation by small business concerns. A small business set-aside may be open to any of the small business concerns identified at 19.000(a)(3).

Description:

The Nevada Air National Guard, 152 Mission Support Contracting Office in Reno, Nevada, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for the purchase of food services support in the Nevada Air National Guard (NVANG) main Dining Facility (DFAC) for Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSDs). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform work required to complete the services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

Please see the attached PWS (Attachment 2) for full technical requirements of the food services support. Complete the unit prices/extended amounts for all items on Attachment 3 – Schedule of Items. Submit technical capabilities approach along with Attachment 3, no longer than five (5) pages. Place of Performance shall be at the152d Airlift Wing Dining Facility located at 1776 National Guard Way, Reno NV 89502.
