USNA, MOMENTUS

The objective of this task is for the USNA to renew the licensing and maintenance for the Momentus venue and event management software (f/k/a  Ungerboeck) that has been supporting this business process for over 5 years. This system supports the USNA venue managers across the yard that maintain the schedules for over 300 spaces available for being reserved for academic, athletic, religious, or any other type of public or private events. It allows for end-users to request venue reservations through a self-service portal, coaches and athletics staff to reserve fields and courts on a recurring basis for team practices, and venue managers to coordinate, approve, and deconflict the schedules of the venues that they have under their Management.
