HMO Fuel Distributor & Gas Stations

The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is looking for fuel distributors/gas stations which can provide refueling services for Government Owned Vehicles.

• The fuel to be provided will be Premium gasoline (octane 92), Regular gasoline (octane 87) and Diesel fuel. 
• Service must be available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
• Gas station should be located no further than 4 kilometers away from the Consulate, (Navarrete #291, Col. Raquet Club) and preferably, at least one gas station to be located to the west side of the city on Colosio.
• Invoicing must be under a single corporate name, even if you have multiple gas stations available.
• The Contractor shall keep a system to manage the USG account.
• The Contractor shall issue fuel Tags/Cards for each vehicle.
• Gas station should provide 4-week credit to allow the payment process to continue after delivery of the invoice.
• Payments will be through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). 

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration   prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
