High-Performance Optical Atomic Clocks

This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All communications and documents must include the solicitation number NB688000-26-02388.  

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), Team E-Boulder has a requirement for two high-performance, robust optical atomic clocks to integrate into the timescale in Boulder, Colorado that generates UTC(NIST), NIST’s realization of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) per the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and documents.
